Can I upgrade from 2nd class delivery to 1st class or to next working day delivery?
Yes you can, you will be provided with 3 delivery options at the checkout. Standard delivery 2nd class, 1st class delivery and next working day delivery. Orders to some locations (non UK mainland) may incure additional costs. For a quote simply call us on 0161 637 3939.
If I buy an multiple items do I have to pay delivery on each item purchased?
No, you will only be charged postage once. Standard delivery is Free, upgraded 1st class delivery is £1.95 and next working day £6.95.
Do I have to wait in all day for my delivery?
No, our next day delivery service is bespoke. You will receive an email or text message on the day of delivery providing you with a 1 hour time window to expect delivery. Our standard and 1st class delivery service is completed by Royal Mail who can if your not in leave your parcel at your local Royal Mail depot for collection. Alternatively you can even leave a note to pass onto a neighbour for safe keeping.
Can I track my order?
In some cases yes you can. If your order includes next working day delivery we can provide your with a tracking number at your request. Unfortunately our Royal Mail first and second class service is not trackable but has delivery confirmation and is fully insured for loss or damage.
I’ve purchased something from your online shop and I would like a refund?
We are very sorry that you may not be fully satisfied. We’d like to apologise if the products aren’t what you were expecting and assure you that you can receive a full refund if you return the item within 14 days. Please see the Returns page for instruction.
